DPC system single stage fine crusher are applied to crush basic industrial raw materials.such as river gravel, limestone, dolomite, quartz, coal, coke, shale, gypsum.
With the advantages of high productivity, big feeding granularity, small discharging granularity, long life hammer, simple maintenance, low cost.
fine crusher Feature
the feeding size is 500-1100mm, and discharging size is 0-5mm. the output is 50-300t in an hour. the machine that can put coarse crushing, fine crushing and sand-making together. one step can finish the crushing operation. Big materials are feeded into the crusher chamber, and stacked on special middle bracket. Hammers run in the gap of the middle bracket, continued break the big materials when they fall. The high running hanmmers further crush the falling small materials, and finally, qualified products will be discharged from grate gap.
