High Performance Widely Used Belt Conveyor with ISO&CE for ore
The belt conveyors consist of standard parts, which are advanced and simple in structure, easy to maintain. Belt conveyors are widely used in mining, metallurgical and coal industry to transfer sandy or lump materials, or packaged materials. According to different transferring equipment, the transfer system can be one independently or multi-conveyors or combined with other transfer equipments. The belt conveyor can be installed horizontally or as lope to meet the needs of different transfer lines.
Belt conveyor mainly consists of frame, conveying belt, belt drum, tension devise, and gearing. The body is connected by high-quality steel plate and formed by high-low discrepancy of front and rear legs. The body surface shows a certain angle of incline. The frame, outfit with belt drum and carrier roller, is used for driving and supporting the conveying belt. The belt conveyor is driven by reducing motor or motorized pulley.
The belt conveyor manufactured by our company has the advantages of big conveying capacity, simple structure, convenient repair and standard parts, so it is widely used in the industries of mine, metallurgy and coal to convey loose materials and finished products. According to different technique requirements, the machine can convey material singly or be formed conveying system with other conveying equipments to meet different requirements of working line.
The working temperature is from -200C to +400C and the temperature of conveying material is under 500C.
Accessory:
1. The conveying quantity is worked out by the following conditions: material density is between 1.0t/m3-1.6t/m3; conveyor obliquity is less than 18° and the material stockpile angle is 30°.
2. Density of material is less than 2.5t/m³.
3. The conveying length isn’t restricted to the form; different length can be manufactured according to customers' demands.

1. Pre-sale service: We can provide you with project design, process design, suitable purchase program for your equipment.
2. Sale service: We will accompany you to visit our factory and all kinds of machinery and equipment if you come here, also show you construction plan and assist in the development process in detail.
3. After Sale service: We will send technicians to the scene to guide the equipment installation, commissioning and training your operating personnel.
Support & service from Zhengzhou Jinma Mining Machinery Co., Ltd.
1. Jinma provide the design, process diagram and foundation drawings according to clients' request.
2. Clients are welcome to inspect the equipment when the equipment are ready to delivery.
3. Equipment will be delivered with English Manuals and technical drawings
4. Engineers available to service machinery overseas, to make the layout design, foundations, guide the installation, commissioning run test, training workers, etc.
5.The equipment ordered from jinma will be guaranteed within 2 years since the day of purchasing if the problem is due to the equipment’s quality. If there is big quality problem with the equipment, the seller will discuss with the buyer and offer proposals to solve the problems within 72 hours since the notice from buyer.
6. Offer spares for the equipment within 10 years.
1.How long is the delivery time of your equipment?
The delivery time is within 30 working days. But when the project is very big and the customers have special requirement on the equipment, the delivery could be extended.
2.How long is the equipment warranty period?
Our equipment warranty period is 1 year. Wearing parts and problem coursed by worker’s wrong operation are not included.
3.What’s the after sale service of your company?
We will provide foundation drawing to the clients for installation. Besides, we can provide installation service, workers training service, etc.
4.Can you provide wearing parts?
We have two casting factories that specialize in produce wearing parts for our clients. If your equipment are not manufactured by our company, please provide us the wearing parts drawing.
5.Can you give me a solution and quotation?
Of course, to provide accurate solution and quotation, please give us background information, including, raw material, the capacity, max. input size, the output size, the usage of final products, etc.
