The resistance and allowable surface loadings of the Double Spiral Shape Type are substantially higher than other silicon carbide elements, consequently operating voltages are higher and current draw lower. This feature can lead to significant savings in both control equipment and wiring. Double Spiral Shape elements are energy conserving, convenient and easy to install due to the same-end terminal structure.

 Double spiral silicon carbide electric heating element have hot and cold zones.Its main material  is selected  super  quality  green  silicon  carbide. So it can be used in various high temperature  electric furnaces  and  other  electric  heating devices.
