6-S Shaking table application:
Shaking table is one of the gravity separation machines, widely used for selecting tungsten, tin, tantalum niobium,gold, silver, lead, tungsten and other rare metals ore, as well as separating Fe, Mn ore .when processing tungsten, tin ore, the effective recycling granularity scope is 2-0.02mm..pyrite(4-0.02mm) Also used for processing coarse sand (2-0.5mm), fine sand (0.5-0.074mm), slime (0.075mm-).
6-S Shaking table working principle
The table dressing process carries on the complex inclined bed surface, and the ore grains are sent in ore trough from the bed surface. it supplies crosswise washing for the water trough, thus the ore grains laminate surface and according to the proportion and granularity, make the longitudinal motion and transversal motion along the bed surface. in the function of the gravity, the crosswise running water momentum, and the inertia and friction force from the reciprocating motion asymmetry of bed surface. Therefore, the ore grain of different proportion and granularity fan-shaped flows off along respective movement direction. separately discharged from the ore concentrate end and the debris side different area, finally divided into the ore concentrate, the middling and the debris.
