JN XS-8305 Organosilicone Anti-foam Agent
v Introduction
The product is widely applied to areas such as textile, printing and dyeing, coating production, paper making, ink, oil field, and sewage treatment. When used in printing and dyeing, it shows outstanding compatibility with other agents in a dye bath without influencing shade, light fastness and color fastness.

v Features
Anti-foam agent used in jet dyeing machine: dimethyl polysiloxane anti-foam agent guarantees satisfactory defoaming effect and dyeing uniformity in the traditional dyeing procedure. However, in the new procedure, machine producing high temperature and pressure is used. Substrate is moved and dyed as a result of dye solution jet. Although foams thus generated can be removed by regular silicone anti-form agent, such agent will produce thin-film-like sediment that results in spots on the substrate in high temperature and pressure. Application of this product will overcome such defects and thus guaranteeing satisfactory defoaming effect and dyeing uniformity.
The product is a self-emulsifying anti-foam agent that results in no silicon spot on light-color fabrics. It becomes insoluble in water, mechanically unstable, acid, alkali, and inorganic salts resistant above its cloud point, thus it is used extensively in defoaming in high-temperature dyeing procedure of polyester fabrics under harsh conditions.
