v Features
1. Excellent moisture absorption and sweat removal properties
2. Hydrophilic property, reducing accumulation of pollution and ensuring excellent decontamination property.
3. Improvement of electrical conductivity of fiber to reduce accumulation of static electricity and ensure good wash resistance.
4. Improvement of wearing comfort of polyester fabrics.
5. Outstanding auxiliary property in dye bath, ensuring good uniformity.
6. Improvement of lubricity among fibers, serving as lubricant in bath to.
v Uses of the Product
1. Batchwise process: used in dye bath. Add the diluted agent into acidified solution (regulating the pH value with acetic acid to 4.0-5.0), heat up the temperature of the solution from 40°C to 80°C, preserve such temperature for 15 to 20 minutes, then go through cooling, washing, and heat setting.
2. Continuous process: Soak and roll the fabric in the solution twice--with 30-70% liquid content/take up--180-190°C/30s
Usage amount: 3-5% (o.w.f) for wool and polyester blended fabrics
Lubricant in bath: 0.5-1% (o.w.f)
