JN PAM-1303 Direct Dyes Color fixing agent
v Introduction
Our product is mainly used for the after-treatment of the fabrics dyed with direct dyes or sulfur dyes, and significantly improves the color fastness of the fabrics.

v Advantages
1 There is very little falling of color in the working fluid, avoiding the use of stripping agent and variation of color from the sample;
2 After being treated by the product, the fabric produces very little variation of color from the sample, and do not affect the original style of the fabric;
3 After being treated by the product, the fabric has made significant improvements in rubbing fastness, washing fastness, perspiration fastness and so on;;
4 The product does not contain formaldehyde, and is environmental-friendly.
v Use
Before the color fixing process, rinse sufficiently the fabric to be dyed (soaping when necessary) in order to remove the remaining dyes, salt and Alkali with a view to ensuring the subsequent color fixing effect.
Recommended dosage:
I. Immersion method:
After dilution: 2 - 4% o.w.f
Liquor ratio: 1:15 ~ 20
Temperature & Time: 30 ~ 50 °C × 15 ~ 20min
Dye the cloth→ soak in the working fluid in the temperature between 30 ~ 50 °C, and run 15 ~ 30min → wash with water → dry up
II. Dipping method:
After dilution: 20-50 g / l
Dye the cloth→ room temperature, immerse twice and roll twice in the working solution → dry up.
v Packing and Storage
125kg / plastic drum, tightly sealed, room temperature. Shelf life: 6 months.
