JN BR-1307 High Concentration Acidic Color Fixing Agent
v Introduction
Acidic Color Fixing Agent, different from traditional color fixation methods by tannic acid and tartar emetic, is compatible with dyes and can be treated with them in one bath, hence reducing the fixation process and time. The product can be applied in both the dipping method and continuous methods.

v Advantages
1. It can effectively improve the wash fastness, soaping fastness and perspiration fastness of acid dyes.
2. It can effectively improve the fastness index of the fabric, in the meanwhile the difference of hand feel from the original color is minimal.
3. It has excellent stability and can be used in various dyeing machines.
4. It can also be used to improve the printing fastness of acid dyes.

Light color 2-4%
Medium 4-6%
Dark color 6-8%
The amount of input of the product vary depending on the fabric dyes, not exceeding 8%, for reference only.
The treatment temperature :70-80 °C
Treatment time :20-30 minutes
Liquor ratio : 1:15-20 treatment → water rinse
One bath treatment:
After completing the dyeing process, cool to 70-80 °C, add quantitative acidic color fixing agent to start fixing process→ rinsing → drying
** Removal of the fixing agent after fixation **
Because acidic fixing agent is a special macromolecular compound, so we do not recommend the removal of the fixing agent after fixation, so the user are recommended to start the fixation method only after having determined the color and hue of the dyed products. The following method we provide are not supposed to be the general practice and we do not make any guarantee of its quality and commitment.
1-1.2 g / L soda ash
1-1.2 g / L Sodium tripolyphosphate
1-1.5 g / L Penetrant
1-1.5 g / L dispersing soaping agent
1 g / L chelator
liquor ratio 1:40 treatment minute over 85 °C after rinsing
v Packing and storage
125kg / plastic drum, tightly sealed, room temperature. Shelf life: 1 year.
