v Characteristics and Uses of the Product
The product boasts excellent smoothing, softening and bulking properties. It is mainly applicable to smoothing, softening and relaxing bulking treatments on chemical fiber blended fabrics.
v Usage
The usage amount of this product shall be determined according to specific procedure.
Usage amount in soaking process: softener: 2-4% (of the weight of fabric);
Procedures of soaking process: soaked in 30-40°Csolution for 20-30 min, dewater, and dry;
Usage amount in soaking and rolling /dip padding process: softener: 20-40g/L;
Procedures of soaking and rolling process: soaked and rolled in 30-40°C solution repeatedly, and cure.
