JN CA-1144 Felt Cleaning Agent
v Function
Felt Cleaning Agent is a super concentrated cleaning agent with special additives for the cleaning of the felt in the paper machine. It has superior cleaning performance, and effectively removes the felt fillers and various kinds of dirt of complex composition from the felt, thus significantly extends life time of the felt, reduces outage time, increased economic benefits. The product contains no acid, ammonia or free alkali, therefore, it is safe to use and causes no corrosion to the felt or the surface of the press roll. The surfactants in the product is biodegradable and environmentally safe. This product can be used for the cleaning of the first pressure felt, second pressure felt , third pressure felt and boot case either on or off the paper machine.

vUsage
Cleaning on the paper machine
1, Dilute the product with warm water(50~60°C )to a concentration of 1%~2%;
2, 5 minutes after stop supplying with pulp and water, the paper machine begin to run at scrawling speed, then slack off the felt;
3,Spray the prepared Felt Cleaning Agent evenly on the whole felt. Continue to spray for at least 10-15 minutes, during which time the felt will run 35 rounds to ensure uniform absorption of the product by the felt.
4 After the cleaning by Felt Cleaning Agent, let the felt continues to operate at crawling speed for 5-10 minutes, during which time wash the felt until it is no longer sticky or greasy.
Cleaning off the paper machine
Dilute the product with warm water(50~60°C ) to a concentration of 5%; then immerse the felt in the pool with the prepared Felt Cleaning Agent added. 30 minutes later, scrub the area seriously polluted with brush. After cleaning, rinse with fresh water. The felt is ready for use after it’s dried.
vCaution
This product is alkaline, avoid longtime skin contact. It it’s splashed into the eyes, please rinse with water immediately. When stored in cold area or in a temperature below freezing point, the product might freeze or thicken, but with the same property and performance. The sediment during storage does not affect product performance, and stir the product before use. The stock solution of the product has different viscosity in different temperatures. The viscosity decreases as temperature rises, but has no adverse effect on product performance. The product should be stored in a cool and shady place (5 °C ~ 30 °C), avoid freezing and sun exposure.
