JN SPA-1151 Release Agent
v Function
JN SPA-1151 is a non-ionic release agent,and can be mixed directly with anionic or cationic products. The product has significant releasing effect with a small quantity and it has good water solubility. It can be used in the dryer,dryer fabric or in the papermaking process. It eliminates dry picking and effectively seals the fiber adhesive materials and makes them lose their adhesive force, thus reducing paper defects such as paper perforation and paper break and improving machine speed. This product does not pollute the papermaking systems.

v Usage
The product can be used in the dryer and the dryer fabric. Within the permitted range of viscosity, it needs no dilution and can be sprayed on the surface after mixing with air. If the speed of flow or nozzle are negatively affected by high viscosity, the product can be diluted 5-10 times before use, The general recommended dosage is 0.01~0.5 kg for per ton of paper.

25kg, 180kg, 1000kg plastic drum, or according to customer requirement.
