JN PAM-1105 Paper Dry Strength Agent
v Function
BD-02 paper dry strength agent is a new strength agent designed specially for middle and small-size paper machines. Its functions such as good dispersiveness in water make it convenient to use in the practice. It improves remarkably paper formation and makes the internal cohesive force of the fibre even and thus improves paper physical property,increases fines and packing’s retention rate and improves the wire drainage rate of the pulp.

v Usage
Deserted when used with water dilution, dilution factor is generally about 15 to 30 times, then the product mix was added to the slurry, BD-02's dosage is 15 ~ 25KG / T paper. Normally the adding should be at the entrance of the machine chest, head box and fan pump.
v Caution
Use plastic or stainless steel as a product tank, dilution tanks, piping and other materials. Such as the use of ferrous materials will cause corrosion, the product causes the phenomenon of tackifier, reduced enhancement. Do not mix with other chemicals, the product should be stored in a cool place (5 °C ~ 30 °C), avoid freezing and exposure.
v Packing
200kg, 1000kg plastic drum, or according to customer requirements.
