JN CA-1143 Felt-cleaning dust-proof agent

The product is developed and produced by our company to remove the dirt and crush marks in various kinds of paper-making felts on the machine. This newly developed agent is composed of various kinds of emulsifiers, penetrants, dispersants , anti-redeposition agents and so on. It has excellent wettability, permeability, emulsification, dispersiity, solubilization, suspension, anti-redeposition, anti-static property and other effects, therefore it is capable of penetrating and permeating into the inside of the felt and removes completely the felt fillers and various kinds of dirt of complex composition from the felt, which is hard to achieve through the use of common cleaning agents. Thus the product restores the cleanness and drainability of the forming fabrics and the felt by unblocking the mesh holes and improving the gas permeability. As a result, the operating time of the paper machine is extended, the paper machine efficiency improved, paper defects such as crush marks decreased and .the felt life significantly improved.

vFeatures
The product can be applied either when the machine is out of operation or when it is working. The supposed dosage: 0.3~0.5kg of the product for 1 kg of the felt(bone dry weight).
1 Cleaning when the machine is out of work
Cleaning device: a head tank a valve at the bottom; a spray pipe. The effective spray width should be equal to the width of the felt, the distance between the apertures should match the spraying time. The cleaning can also be done by hand through a sprinkling-pot.
2. Procedure:
1) 5 minutes after stop supplying pulp and water, the paper machine begin to run at scrawling speed, then slack off the felt;
2)Spray the prepared product evenly on the whole felt. Continue to spray for at least 10-15 minutes, during which time the felt will run 3-5 rounds
3) After the cleaning by the product, let the felt continues to operate at crawling speed for 5-10 minutes, during which time wash the felt until it is no longer sticky or greasy.
3 Online cleaning
Spraying the calculated amount of the product onto the part of the felt with dirt or crush marks through a plastic sprinkling pot effectively and quickly removes the dirt and eliminates the crush marks.
vUsage
Felt-cleaning dust-proof agent should be sprayed evenly on the felt. Larger dosage should be applied on parts seriously contaminated. The product can be heated with vapor for better cleaning effects if there exists resin adhesive or serious contamination on the felt. When using it, wear protective gloves and avoid contact with skin and eyes. This product should be stored in a cool and shady place(5°C~30°C), avoid freezing and sun exposure.
