JN DA-1127 Low temperature efficient deinking agent
v Function
The product is widely applicable to the deinking of different kinds of waste paper. When deinking, it
produces very few foams and is very effective in the washing deinking process. It can be used in the
simple inking device designed by the paper factory itself. The product can effectively remove the
printing inks contained in newsprint, book paper, lace paper, drawing paper and mixed office waste
paper in various deinking process, and is suitable for small and medium paper mills.

v Usage
First add a certain amount of hot water(or fresh water, heated to around 600C by steam) in high concentration hydrapulper. Then add in turn 0.3~2.0%of the product,1.0~2.0%of sodium hydroxide according to the type of waste paper and its ink coverage . When the deinking agent and the sodium hydroxide are dissolved, add the waste paper quickly. Beating consistency should be 10-12%; 15-20 minutes after repulping, slowly add 1.0 to 2.0% hydrogen peroxide and 1.0 -2.5% sodium silicate. 5-10minutes later, blowing and sluicing can be done.
v Caution
No mixture with water before using. The product should be stored in a cool and shady and dry place (5 °C - 30 °C), avoid freezing and exposure.
v Packing
40kg fiber bag.
