JN SPA-1124 Elease Agent
v Function
JN SPA-1124 type Release Agent has low dosage and good water solubility,and it can be used in the spray cylinder or in the paper–making process. It eliminates cylinder drier pick marks and effective seals the fiber adherends and makes them lose their adhesive force, thus resulting in improved paper machine speed and less paper defects such as paper perforation and paper break. C-Release Agent will cause no pollution to the paper-making system.

v Usage
Add the product to the slurry pond after diluting it 50-100 times by fresh water. The suggested dosage is 0.5-2 kg for per ton of paper. Or the product can be used in the spray cylinder after being diluted 200 times. The general dosage is around 0.5kg for per ton of paper
v Caution
Don’t mix with cationic chemicals. The product should be stored in a cool and shady place (5 °C - 30 °C), avoid freezing and exposure.
v Packing
25kg,200kg,1000kg plastic drum, or according to customer requirement.
