JN AKD-1138 Neutral Alkaline Sizing Agent
v Function
JN AKD-1138 neutral alkaline sizing agentis improved products based on original ordinary AKD, It’s an reactive sizing agent which can to the secondary fiber pulp in papermaking for sizing under the weak acid or alkaline conditions. This product has high self-retention rate, no need of special retention system. This product is suitable for production of high-strength corrugated, noodles cardboard paper cement bags of wrapping paper sizing. Compared with the traditional rosin products, very little foam when using this product. You can use less or no aluminum sulfate, inhibit the increase of wastewater COD.

v Usage
Generally use the line dilution continuous way in the red pump to add to the pressure before and after adding the exit of screen, the normal reference to the amount per ton of paper 6 ~ 15kg.
v Caution
The product should be stored in a cool place (5 °C ~ 30 °C), avoid freezing and exposure.
v Packing
200 kg,1000 kg plastic drum, or according to customer requirements.
