JN SPA-1126 Release Agent
v Function
JN SPA-1126 Release Agent is non-ionic,water-soluble, environmental-friendly
and anti-acid. It has good alkalis resistance, hard water resistance , good emulsion stability and
good dispersibility. It can be diluted by water at any proportion without forming layers and it does not demulsify or cake. In the papermaking process, due to the extensive use of non-wood fibers,
ever-increasing amount of paper chemicals, especially the increase in the proportion of recycled
fiber, dry picking has now become a rather common phenomenon in the papermaking process
and caused fluff, break and hard impurities on the surface of the paper sheet, which affect the normal operation and productivity of the paper machine. The use of H Release Agent not only solves the dry picking problem, but also keeps the dry fabric clean effectively. The result: reduction of breaks in the drying section, reduction of hard surface impurities on the paper sheet, and significant improvement
of the smoothness and gloss of paper sheet. This product is widely used in all kinds of paper
products.

v Usage
Recommendation for H Release Agent is spray. When it used, continue to spray evenly on the dry cylinder. Generally, the dosage is 0.1-0.8 kilo for per ton of paper.
v Caution
keep in cool and dry places(5°C~30°C)avoid freezing and exposure.
v Packing
25kg, 180kg, 1000kg plastic drum, or according to customer requirements.
