JN HPS-1129 Hydrogen Peroxide Stabilizer
v Function
Hydrogen peroxide is unstable and its molecules tend to be hydrolyzed because of some small solid particles, heavy metal ions in water and raw materials, therefore hydrogen peroxide stabilizer is needed to prevent hydrolytic decomposition of its molecules. v Usage
The product is generally added in the slurry machine, dipping machine, dispersion machine etc. with hydrogen peroxide and other additives. The stock solution can be used directly, but after dilution it has better effects. In the slurry machine, the proportion of the product is 0.05 ~ 0.08% of the pulp (bone dry weight); in dipping machine and dispersion machine the proportion of the product is 0.08 ~ 0.25% of the pulp (bone dry weight); or the amount of the product added is 10 ~ 30% of hydrogen peroxide. The exact amount depends on the actual operating environment.
v Caution
Preventative measures should be taken: once the product is splashed on skin, rinse with large amount of water. Seal it tight when it is stored. This product should be stored in a cool and shady place (5 °C ~ 30 °C), avoid freezing and sun exposure.
v Packing
25kg,50kg,1000kg plastic drum, or according to customer requirements.
