Hydraulic type pultrusion machine is controlled by PLC, which adopts hydraulic
pressure type to-and-fro as traction force with pneumatic length-fixing cutting.
The machine can produce various FRP Pultrusion Profiles include square tubes,
rectangular tubes, round tubes, angles, I-shapes, channel, rod, and rod fiberglass
pultruded profile . The line consists of roving racks, resin bath, mould calibrating
table, to-and-fro traction machine, cutting saw, racks for finished products and
control system.

Temperature is controlled by high-precision dual displaying meter.
Traction speed digital displaying
Sealing elements of hydraulic cylinder is imported ones and hydraulic system
adopts importing variable pump hydraulic components.
With the optional function of oil temperature alarm and oil level malfunction alarm.
Optional hydraulic oil heater.
Hydraulic type traction device supply different kinds of operation modes. The traction
speed id infinitely controlled.
Adopting round blade cross cutting, pneumatic clamping and tracing.
