Pultrusion process is a kind of process method for continuous produce the FRP pultruded profiles which have same section and same dimensions.Make this process device and equipment is FRP pultrusion equipment.This system consist of yarn frame,mat frame,impregnation tank,mould heating and clamping device,traction machine and cutting machine.
Pultrusion process is put the impregnation fiberglass.yarn,mat and other strength material,from the traction to through the mould heating,pultrusion,curing,then continuous to produce into the difference FRP profiles.
The FRP profiles is bar,pipe,I-beam,channel steel and square profiles.The advantage is:
