Precast lightweight concrete wall panel extruding machine
1. Main features :
Purpose : The machine is used for the production of concrete lightweight partition wall panel
Principle :The machine adopt extrusion technology, movable forming.
Materials :The raw materials are sand,fly ash, slag, creamsite, cinders,cinerite, pumice,vermiculite and so on. You can choose some materials as per your local resources.
Producity: The production speed is 1.3-1.7 m per minute , 500 Sqm per shift .
Sizes : Panel width : 600mm; Panel Thickness : 75,80,90,100,120mm ,etc ; Panel length : cuting any lenght as your requirements
Reinforcement : Both sides of the wall panels can insert reinforcement wires, diameter of 1.5- 6mm.
2. About the machine
Machine body adopts anti-rust technology. Key parts, like hopper are welded by stainless steel. Wearing parts like reameres, side from , vibration board , stock guide and other parts are ll welded with alloy.
