Main frame of the equipment:
Head-box section:Especially chose open type headbox, which comprises step diffuser,
perforaled roll, and so on.The step diffuser is Grade 3,which is
made of organic glass.The top and bottom lip are made of stainless
steel, and can be global and local regulation.
Fourdrinier section:The length of fourdrinier table is 1800mm,and the stand is
welded with section steel, except the draw-out position with
aluminum alloy. Fourdrinier section comprises breast board
roll, forming board, slice, suction box, suction flat box, suction
couch, electric tightener, pneumatic corrector, cut squirt and so on.
Press partUse suction feed paper leader, a series of vacuum press
and three series of straight-through press.
