A.This machine is to use Jumbo Roll Paper to produce Toilet Paper Roll or one ply
kitchen towel;
B.can add glue-lamination unit on this machine to make two plies of Kitchen Towel.
C. can select 1 set of embossing unit(for 1 kind of embossing pattern) or 2 sets of embossing unit(for 2 kinds of embossing pattern).
1.Equipment Function and Configuration
1. Adopts PLC programmable controller to control the production program.
2. Base paper(Jumbo Roll Paper) is pneumatically uploaded onto machine. It has a device to control tension of paper when it is unwinded.
3. The rewinding process of the product is tight first and loose afterward, with its
tension adjustable.
4. Perforation length is adjustable.
5. Paper core replacement, spraying glue and cutting paper carry through automatically and sequentially.
6. Embossing Pattern will be decided by clients
7. Bearing, electric component and synchronous belt are of famous brand.
8. Early warning for situation that material breaks thus you can stop machine to add
paper core, early warning for shortage of paper tube, early warning for low voltage
of power supply,early warning for inlet wire phase mistake power supply.
9. Double faces of equipment is sprayed by paint.
10. Counting: perforation distance or diameter of furled roll.
Optional(will require additional cost from the buyer):according to client's requirement, we
can equip machine with double embossing units, 1-3 color printing device glue-lamination Unit for producing 2 plies of kitchen paper with glue between 2 plies to
enhance water absorbability.
