Features:
Chain conveyor is used for conveying waste paper and pulp board to
the hydrapulper. The conveying
speed is adjustable. This type of chain conveyor is mainly used for
transporting all kinds of bulk, bundle-like
pulp and waste paper in the paper industry.
Track-type operation, smooth running, reliable, low friction coefficient,
small power consumption.
Reducer drive shaft coupling for the direct linking, making machine
under force more reasonable.
Application:
BFW series chain conveyer mainly used for transport waste paper such
as scattered or bundled paper pulp and waste paper plate.
The equipment has rational structure,it transmission by the chain and
driving the trough plate to move so that to transport the materials.
The advantage of this equipment are that it has high working capacity,
low power consumption, low abrade and reliable. Above all, it is the most
ideal equipment for waste paper transport.
Operation and maintenance:
1 Homogeneous charging, the maximum of feeding material should be
controlled in the range of stated.
2 It is not good to stop and start when it was fully loaded.
3 The tightness degree of haulage chain should be appropriate. Inspect
frequently and adjust it in time when it working.
4 Decelerator should be added lube after working 7-14 days, and exchange
the lube once 3-6 months depends on the different condition.
5 Each lubricating point should be added lubricant in time.
