Installation Instruction of Flexible Compound Rubber Joint
I. Installation over displacement limit is not allowed when installing the flexible compound rubber joint .
II. For ground-horizontally ,suspense and vertically installed rubber joints with over 1.0Mpa pressure,both sides of the pipeline shall have support or support bracket,to avoid fall or damage.
III.The force of fixing support or bracket shall be greater than the axial force of working.Otherwise the anti-fall devise is required .
IV. It shall install the GB/T9115.1(RF) standard flange(small diameter flange) when installing the corresponding flange of flexible compound rubber joints.The size of flange D2 and do shall not be too small for preventing the leakage of sealing face.
V. It shall screw down symmetrically and gradually when installing the flange screw of flexible compound rubber joint,To avoid the partly leakage or damaging the sealing face of the rubber joint.
VI. When the rubber joint is installed vertically or in suspense with over 1.0Mpa pressure ,the screw shall be installed with gasket for preventing partly leakage due to loosened screw.
VII.The flexible compound rubber joint shall have fixing support when vertical installation is made .Heavy press on the rubber joint is forbidden .
