1. Operation Temperature: 1700°C/1600°C.
2. Maximum energy efficiency is achieved by surrounding the chamber with thermal-efficient alumina fiber ceramic insulation.
3. Heavy duty double layer structure with cooling fan. Lower teperature in outside case.
4. PID automatic control via current limiting phase angle fired the resistor, e.g. SCR(Silicon Controlled Rectifier).
5. Power control with 30 segments programmable.

| YF-1700BL The single zone, high temperature, bottom loading furnace is capable of operating at temperatures up to 1650oC in air. The furnace utilizes 1800oC molydisilicide heating elements positioned on three sides of the internal chamber. The furnace utilizes an energy efficient insulation package consisting of graded ceramic-fiber, high temperature insulation. It is an ideal tool for materials annealing and sintering. | ||
