YF-1700 Box type electric lab furnaceis adopted imported mosi2 rod as heated element;with
double shell structure and intelligent auto-control temperature system, SCR control, phase shifting trigger. The
chamber is adopted the 1800 type imported polycrystalline alumina fiber. Equipped with Fan cooling system
between the dual shell, which can rise and cool swiftly; Using constant current soft-start control, to extend the
life of heating elements.
Main function & Features:
1. Furnace chamber adopted imported alumina polycrystalline fiber, with good insulation and durability properties; And adopted the imported Mosi2 heater as heating elements, greatly improving the service life;
2. With unique furnace design, durable to use, does not collapse;
3. Side open/silde down/lift up type furnace door select,to meet different client require;
4. Reserved 485 converter interface, can remote control of single or multiple furnace through software and Internet, real-time tracking, history recorder, output statements; can install the paperless recording device for data storage and output;
5. Over-temperature alarm and power failure, leakage protection, safe and reliable operation.

| Application Notes |
For preserving the longevity of the furnace components, we recommend the heating rate not to exceed 20 °C /min. Cooling rate shall also not exceed 10 °C /min. This furnace lacks vacuum sealing, toxic or explosive gases are not recommended for use with this furnace without necessary safety controls and supervision. Small cracks may appear on the surface of the refractory ceramics over extended use. This is a normal occurrence and the cracks may be repaired with alumina coating. |
