Such cnc column vertical lathe has following features:
1. single column vertical lathe;
2. CE Certificate and kinds of cnc controllers for your choice: Fanuc, Siemens, GSK and so on;
3. This machine is a nc vertical lathe. It chooses FANUC OI-MATE TD as its numerical control system. It has a Vertical tool rest, which the Maximum machining diameter is 1250 mm, the workbench 1000 mm in diameter, the Maximum working height is 900 mm. Its Stepless speed changing gear shift is 16. The variable speed is convenient,quick and reliable. The Gear is setted in the system. 40Cr is used in all gear grinding gear,which has high rotation accuracy, low noise characteristics.
4. This machine is suitable for high speed steel tools and carbide cutting tool machining all kinds of non-ferrous metal, black metal and part of the non-metallic materials.
5. People can complete the processing procedure on the machine: turning the inside and outside of the cylinder and plane; All kinds of curve face; turning the inside and outside of the cone surface; Grooving and cutting;
