Description:
A series of ceramic fiber folded module was processed according the fiber module structure,size by
special machine on the ceramic fiber needle blanket which was corresponding material. In the course of
processing, they should be maintained a certain proportional reduction, to ensure that compressed to form a integer set without joint between ceramic fiber folded blanket after ceramic fiber folded module have
been built. Owing to the ceramic fiber folded module expand differently. Ceramic fiber folded module
could be fixed to the stud which in the steel board of industrial furnace by series of anchors.
Characteristic:
Ceramic fiber folded module not only used in furnace, but also brought following benefit with ended
custom:

6. Excellent thermal shock resistance capability.
7. Can be betaken immediately as soon as being installed, for there is no need to be dried and maintained.
8. The Anchor system should be far away from the hot surface of the modules and kept in the lower temp.

Furnace lines of various industrial furnace and heating equipment in metallurgy, machine, construction and material, petrol-chemical and ferrous metal industry.
