Z863D Core Shooter
1. Machine features:
1) Vertical parted type, catching core in level line, and with core conveyor(semi-automatic without conveyor ).
2) Three kinds of functions: manual, single-cycle automtic,automatic circulation .
3) Importing pneumatic, electric component, be controled by Japanese Mitsubishi PLC, high dependability.
4) Two-way air cylinder to eject core, and with bottom core pulling, suitable for making various kinds of sand core.
5) It’s convenient to install mould, and can regulate from side to side,from head to foot.
6) The sand storage hopper has vibration mechanism,especially suitable for the bad mobility resin sand.
