Product Application

ASSEN ZYD-M Trailer mounted Transformer Oil Purifier machine can remove water and gas in the insulating oil under high temperature and vacuity. it use more precise filter system to filter out impurities(filtering precision: 1-3um). It is mainly used for purification of oil for transformer with voltage higher than 220kv. It can increase oil breakdown voltage by at least 40kv.They are suitable for oil treatment, vacuum oil injection, and cyclic hot-oil drying in the installation and maintenance of big transformers.

Product Features

1. Unique and highly efficient dewatering and degassing device, it adopted a large area three-dimensional flash evaporation and mature film evaporation technology to rapidly remove the free and dissolved water and gases from used and waste insulating oils.
2. Precise filtration system, high quality filter element, multi-stage filtration system levels, can effectively remove the mechanical impurities from the insulating oils.
3. Electrical heating system is the optimized pipeline design to ensure uniform heating and stable oil temperature.
4. Automatic constant temperature control device, automatic liquid level control device, automatic defoaming device, automatic pressure protection device and excellent configuration can ensure the equipments in high performance.
5. Work online and the indicators display running.
6. Unattended operation with low working noise and longtime free maintenance.
7. A complete machine safety interlock protection system, discharge oil system, vacuum system and the heating system interlock, to avoid the adverse effects of misuse.

At low pressure or under vacuum the rate of water vapour evaporation is accelerated if sufficient heat is provided to the insulation material. Thus we can achieve a good drying of insulating material if the material is suitably heated and subjected to vacuum.
