For the dust collecting of fly ash drying, general equipped with cyclone and bag dust collector.
Cyclone separator also known as the centrifugal separator, working by the airflow contained fine powder do
rotary motion come into being centrifugal force, separate sticky powder from the gas. It is widely used in the
convective drying system and main equipment collect product from the gas. Cyclone dust extractor has simple
structure, reasonable design could obtain high separation efficiency. The big particle product in the wet air
exhausted from draught system can be collected, but when the particles contained in gas is very fine,and its
lighter weight, the effect of cyclone dust removal is not good.
bag filter always as the last stage of gas solid separation equipment separate powder products from the exhaust
gas, is the last line of defense intercept powder in the tail gas. The bag dust collector’s significant characteristics
is high efficiency to capture, in a large number of gas-solid separation equipment, its collection efficiency is
better than other equipments,to say the least. Especially to capture the particle under 20 μ m is more obvious,
efficiency could reach above 99%. Fine powder uncollected by cyclone separator have second use with the bag
dust collector, prevent the dust into the atmosphere cause the waste of resources and environmental pollution.
