1.Breif introduction of fine powder grinding machine
This type fine powder grinding machine is widely used in black, non-ferrous metal mining, building materials, chemicals, electricity, coal, transportation, light industry and other industrial sectors. Our high-efficiency and saving-energy ball mill adopts rolling bearing substituting for sliding bearing, which can save energy 10-20% compared with sliding bearing. Adopting oil grease in place of thin oil lubrication station, and large-type mill needs not to be equipped with high-and-low pressure lubrication station with high cost. The machine maded by our cpmpany has pefect quality and receive favourable repuation.
2.Features of fine powder grinding machine
1) The fine powder grinding machine is an efficient tool for grinding many materials into fine powder.

4) There are two ways of grinding: the dry way and the wet way.

6) To use the ball mill/ fertilizer balls , the material to be ground is loaded into the neoprene barrel that contains grinding media.
7) As the barrel rotates, the material is crushed between the individual pieces of grinding media that mix and crush the product into fine powder over a period of several hours.
3.Working principle of fine powder grinding machine
This machine is a horizontal type cylinder rotary device and outside the cylinder there is drive gear which drives the cylinder to rotate during the working process. Materials spirally and evenly go into the first cabin of the grinding machine through the feeding hollow shaft from the feeding device, and inside the first cabin, there are ladder lining boards or ripple lining board in which there are many steel balls with different specifications.
The cylinder rotates and produces eccentric force to bring the steel balls to a certain height, and then the steel balls will fall down to impact and grind the materials. After being coarsely ground in the first cabin, the materials will go through the single layer partition board and into the secondary cabin in which there are flat lining board, and in the lining board there are steel balls to further grind the materials.
Finally the powdery materials will be discharged from the discharging grating bar to complete the powder grinding process.
