1. General introduction of paper plastic extrusion lamination line
The paper plastic extrusion lamination line is mainly used to laminate plastic films over paper rolls to form paper cups, wrapping paper, and paper dishware. It employs three rolls to take the jobs of extrusion and lamination, thereby ensuring the lamination quality and long-term high speed operation.
This extrusion lamination system offers linkage and safety designs, and optimum combination of pneumatic and electrical devices. Magnetic particle brakes are used to control tension during winding and unwinding. Other desirable features include the clutch control device, and automatic deviation control during unwinding. The extrusion laminated film can receive a double-side corona treatment to ensure the final lamination quality.
Technical Specifications
1. Extrusion screw: φ90mm, length-diameter ratio: 32:1, material: 38CrMoAl
2. Other heat and surface treatments received by the extrusion screw include quenching and tempering, and surface nitridation.
3. There are dedicated mixing and melting zones inside the extruder barrel that ensure the raw plastics are thoroughly mixed. A large output is also assured.
4. T-shaped die: state-of-the-art thin-wall die, material: 5CrNiMoV.
5. The T-shaped die has been through quenching, tempering, and chromium plating processes to obtain high roughness and hardness. It can be used at high temperatures for long without deformation.
6. The gearbox of our extrusion lamination line is a fully-sealed design that contains high-strength gear teeth to delivery high strength.

16. Double unwinding rollers allow the slitter to maintain a high, constant speed even when the paper roll needs replacing. The imported PLC system adopts the vector control to adjust the tension during winding and unwinding. Automatic deviation correction system comes with a trolley-mounted electronic power-train control.
