PV back panel lamination machine
Structure functions of PV back panel lamination machine
1.Unwinding unit:Independent two position unwinding shelf,two sets of unwinding are all use autocutter automatic cutting,EPC horizontal edge unit adopted horizontal traverse.
2. Film haul-off unit:Independent wallboard has good assembly,high precision,independent closedloop tension control can has stable coating tension,separate unit shelf,highinstallation precision.
3. Coating unit:
Gummed line roller quantitative glue method,the gummed line roller is thru
one structure,use pressure sensor for tension control and tension data display after glued
4.Spin glue device:seperate device can gradually choose the suitable speed,spin coating surface gummed line roller touch glue evenly,its can not change the original glue layer transfer quantity,it can increase the transparency after high speed glue.
5.Oven unit:
The negative pressure design for the whole oven can prevent the hot air blow out of the oven,separate temperature zone automatic climate temperature control,install the EPC inspection on the exit of the oven.
6.Lamination device:
Back pressure roller design ensures the pressure evenly for the whole web,separate drive &closed-loop tension control can confirm the same tension with the lamination film,the finished product is very flat,the hot roller temperature controlled by heating recycle system,the temperature control is precision and reliable,the temperature accuracy is ±1℃.
7.Pre-heating unit:
Active preheating roller ensure the same speed for lamination film and basic material,the lamination film has the same temperature with the basic material that will not has the curl problem due to the plasticating for the temperature difference
8.Cooling unit:
Active running, with the same speed of the lamination roller that can avoid the tension changes,S big angle confirm the good cooling effective for high speed running
9.Winding unit:
Safety chuck + the expension shaft supported roll, replacement fast, uniform supporting force and accurate centering, non speed difference change roller, tension stability, low rejection rate
10.Tension system:The whole machine tension control,swing roller inspection,PLC control ,high precision of the tension control,increase and decrease speed has the stable tension.
11.Static elimination system:
there are a set of active electrostatic ion wind type eliminator each after unwinding and before winding.
