Fully computer control ensures high production efficiency and extrusion lamination quality.
Process of Automatic Thermal Laminating Machine
1)the thermoplastic resin is heated to temperature above the melting point.
2)the molten plastics are pushed through an extrusion die to form a thin hot film
3)laminating the film over a kind of pre-coated base material.
The resultant laminate is totally odorless.
Raw resin of Automatic Thermal Laminating Machine:LDPE, LLDPE, EVA, EAA, and other laminating resin.
The substrate wound onto the primary unwinding roller:usually BOPP (15-60um) or BOPET (12-50um).
Applications of Automatic Thermal Laminating Machine
Paper: Kraft paper, air-laid paper, and cardboard lamination to produce book packaging, snack packaging, duct tape for trash bag;
BOPP, BOPET, BOPA, and other plastic film lamination;
