2. System detail introduction
(1) System operating: 24 hours operating
(2) Water supply mode: consecutive water supply
(3) Operating mode: our system adopts interlock control and partial manual operate
3. Design range: From raw water setting entrance to pure water equipment output.
(1) System collocation:
a. Beforehand filters system: mechanism filter, active carbon filter, secure filter b. Precise filter system: hollow UF system fittings
c. Supporting system: Electric appliance control system
(2) External basic setup requirement by water treatment system
a. Water supply and drainage: from flow pipe to water treatment room, water supply pressure>0.2Mpa, water consumption around 3M3/h. The room should set up drainage floor drain and barrel-drain.
b. Power supply: water treatment room should set up total power distribution box, power total capacity 1.5KW.
c. Workshop: water treatment equipments use area: 15meter long, 5 meter wide. There are air-exhaust fittings inside the room. Other fittings should be comply with national standard.

(2) Water filter names explain
Our system includes: beforehand filters, hollow fiber setting, supporting system these three parts. And the UF setting is the core equipments and other equipments support and service for it.
A. Beforehand filters: raw water pump, mechanism filter, active carbon filter, precise filter etc. Their main function are:
1). Prevent the membrane surface from fouling. (including Fe3, Fe2, CaCO3,
CaCO4, SrSO4, CaF2, SiO2, iron, aluminium oxide)
2). Stop colloid substance and suspend solid atom.
3). Stop organic matter
4). Stop microbial substance
5). Prevent the membranes from the oxidation damage of oxide substance
6). To keep the UF water purify capacity steady
B. Details:
1). Raw water pump: support flux, pressure to beforehand filters
2). Mechanism filter: 500mm diameter, vertical type filter tank; water flux: 5m3/h, velocity of flow: 5m/h. When backwashing, the backwash intensity should make the filtering layer expand 15-25%, and it is better to choose compress air to scrub away the filtration material, the intensity should be 18-25L scond.m2. The water turbidity after mechanism filter < 1 degree.
3). Active carbon filter: this filter mainly used to remove organic matter and stub chloride. The filtration material inside this filter is pure water type active carbon.
The water entry this filter will be: 1 About 60% organic matter in the water will be
absorbed. 2 chloride in the water will be absorbed. The chloride remove is not just the absorb process, but occur catalysis in its surface. So, the active carbon
can not be absorbed fully, but just lose some.
The water after mechanism filter and active carbon filter, the quality is basically accord with the input water two main requirements of pure water treatment: SD1≤

C. Secure filter: output water capacity: 3.8 m3/h. This filter be used for prevent the UF membranes from granule scuffing the membrane surface. Under the normally working condition, the filter element can be used for about 3-5 months.
D. UF setting: hollow fiber membranes are the heart of this system. The mature and reason design directly decide the UF system whether can achieve the design requirement. Also this will affect the UF membranes use life. The water after UF setting, most of the bacteria and nine tenths organic matter, animalcule will be removed.
During the water quality separation process, the UF setting has not phase transition. So, its has callback rate high, small equipment cubage, auto operating, strong applicability, wide range of application and non-environment pollution etc advantages. The hollow fiber membranes system we choose are Chinese quality brand.

1.which kind of raw water can be purified by this machine ?
Answer: City water standare or clean underground water /rever water .(it is better for you send us the raw water test report)
2.what is the time to update each filters ?
Answer: This is up to your raw water quality ,normally , sand&active carbon filter 1-2 year update , and PP filter each 3-4 month
UF membrance 1 year need update .
3.can the mineral water produced drinkable ?
Answer:Sure , water after UF membrance is called mineral water ,which is drinkable .
4.can this machine include UV lamp and ozone device ?
Answer: no ,this is a 4 stage watrer purifier machin not include UV and ozone device ,for most of drinking water factory ,you may need pay extra money to purchase from us ,we will give you reasonable price and intallation them on the main machine .
5.how many pump is include in this system ?
Answer: 1 pump only , this is UF system ,just need a boost pump .
6.can this mineral water mixed to make juice water and carboned drinking water ?
Answer: Yes , mineral water system did maintain water nutrient ,it is better to do juice/carboned water ,
