KP3000 Type Major Diameter Filling Pile Boring Equipment
The major diameter filling pile drilling machine of KP3000 type applies to major diameter bridge pier hole of various geologic conditions such as ravelly ground, clay loam layer, sandy gravel, and lithosphere as well as other various geologic major diameter pore forming constrction,
This drill’s Torque is large, the rigidity good, and the whole machine is stable and drilling efficincy high and quality of pore forming is excellent. It adopts a set of drilling tool which can be used for two species of drilling technique of positive and negative circulation, it is equipped with air compressor, and can realize gas lift reverse circulation drilling.
The machine is equipped with pile holder hoisting 60tons. The pile holder is fixed with small hoisting and mechanical hand, which handle drilling tool cinvenient and reliable and reduce the assistant time during construction. The lower plate is equipped with steel wheel device, which can move vertically and horizontally on guide rail; the upper plate can move vertically and keep off the opening.
