Economic ! KT5000 Power Unit Drilling machine
Main Features:
1. Power unit
Power unit is driven by four pumps and four motors, with the Max. ratating speed of 12r/min, and the Max. torque reaching 400kN.m. It can bear a lifting capacity of 300t and realize gas lifting counter-circulation construction. Special sealing ring is adopted in its inside. The seaking technique for shielding machine is appplied t the engineering drilling machine for the first time, soving the slurry leakage problem occurred in construction.
2. Guide frame
Four-pillar gate-tape structure is adopted for the guide frame,which can bear a troque of 400kN.m and on its upper part are equipped with the manipulator and auxiliary hoist which are convenient in removing the drilling tool in constrction.
3. Chassis
Double layer chassis is adopted in the large-type engineering driling machine for the first time, with compact structure. The drilling bit with a diameter of 5m can go down when the upper chassis is moved away.
4. Drilling Tool System
The drilling tool system is composed of drilling bit, gas cell drilling rod, additional drilling rod, additional weight, centralizer, and standard drilling rod, with a diameter of the through hole of 350mm. Movable duct structure is adopted, therefor, the problem of the strength of the drilling rod is sovled.
5. Hydraulic System
Four-pump and four-motor constant power vaatiable loop is adopted for the main loop and the driving power reaches 300kW. The hoisting loop is combied with the main lop to reduce the energy consumpton. In addition, te cooling loop and automatic drilling looop are provided, which can great satisy the construction requirements
6. Electrical System
All the actions of the drill are performed by the electrical buttons, greatly reducing the labor strength of the working personnel. PLC technology is adopted so that the torque, pressure and lifting weight of the drill can be timely abserved. Moreover, the application of remote contril technique greatly facilitates the construction.
7. Operation Room
The large operting room is provided for the drilling machine, and all the electrical systems are arranged in it. The operating room is provided with air conditioners and the working environment of the operating personnel improved.
At present, large bore drilling machines are mostly used in the engineering bridge piles in China, and its torque is below 300kN.m. With the consciousness rising of the invironmental protection and the growing increase of sewege treatmentprojects in the recent years, the existing big bore drilling machines can not satisfy the requirements. KT5000 Type fully hydraulic drilling rig, with an output torque of 400kN.m and a drilling diameter of 5m. It can meet not only the requrements of sewege treatment projects, but also those of the pile foundation construction of railways and highways.
