Working Process:

Source water tank → Source booster pump → sands filter → active carbon filter → water softener → PP filter → high-pressure pump→ RO system → RO tank → UV sterilization → pure water tank → water using points

Detail introduction

v      Source Water Tank (user prepare)

According to the large size, we advise you to buy it in local market. With high, low water level control. Regulate water supply to the pre-treatment, prevent the effects of water insufficient, effective protect the work of booster pump.

v     Booster Pump

Provide power for pretreatment & RO system. For machines working for 12 hour per day or more, we advise to provide 2 Pumps (1D+1S), improve work efficiency, prolong pump’s working life. Boosters pump in the whole system adopt Chinese famous brand---CNP, which has high quality and long service life. SUS material.

v     Sand Filter

Different size of quartz sand will be put in the sand filter. Get rid of turbidity, suspended matter, organic matter, colloid, etc. In the water.

v     Active Carbon Filter

Remove color, free chloride, organic matter, harmful matter, etc. Removes 99% of the chlorine and organic chemicals. Provides enhanced reduction of taste, odor, and color. Protect and prolong the life of RO seawater desalination membrane.

v     Water Softener

Soft and reduce the hardness of water, make it healthy for dialysis.

v     PP Filter

Prevent any deposition of large particles, for holding back any large particulates such as iron, dust, SS matter, impurity into the RO membrane.

v     High Pressure Pump

Provide power for RO system, equipped with over-heat, protect and pressure controller. v     RO System

Adopts high desalination rate USA world famous DOW membrane to treat water and get clean water for human consumption. It removes the following water contaminants that may be present in water: lead, cooper, barium, chromium, mercury, sodium, cadmium, fluoride, nitrite, nitrate, and selenium.

v      Pure Water Tank

Equipped with H&L water level controller. Ensure enough pure water to production line. The plant will stop operation when water in this tank reaches H level.

Note: the pure water tank is flexible in size according to user’s requests.

v     Electrical Control System

Use Germany famous brand Schneider etc. electricity control components.

All pipeline & fittings adopted in the whole plant are anti-corrosion material.

Wire and cable will make use of CN famous brand which have goog quality and long service life.

v     UV Sterilizer

Bactericidal function, keep the water healthy and safe.
