Application
Vertical shaft impact crusher, a type of crusher integrated with advanced operating principle
and scientific design, physically realizes the functions of long service life, safety and reliability,
high crushing ratio and sand forming ratio as well as high production capacity. It is mainly used
for material crushing and building aggregate shaping with fine particle shape, moderatemodulus
of fineness and low unit consumption.
Features
1. Advanced thin oil circulating lubrication system through scientific design. Thin oil
lubrication core revolving part makes lubrication more sufficient.
2. Advanced operating principle and high-quality productive result. Due to the mutual collision and impacting between rock on rock rather than touching the lining plate in the machine, the wearing and maintence work will be reduced.
3. Auto-overflowing through scientific design, which make sure the motor can be operated under a stable load during the operation, also the pasing rate of the equipment is increased!
Working Priciple
Vertical shaft impact crusher, under the action of centrifugal force, thrusts materials into the
crushing cavity with thrusting speed of 40 to 100m/s. By taking advantage of fierce collision
between the suspending materials and material liner, the materials move upward along the
accumulating slope to the top and move downward afterwards before again colliding with the
materials ejected from impeller, at last, the material without energy will be discharged from
crushing cavity.
The major function of the equipment is for impacting, grinding and crushing.
