Description of vertical shaft impact crusher
Shaft impact crusher combines the latest design results with the advanced selective fragmenting principle, directly providing enough energy to the raw materials, then the material can be crushed by the energy. Vertical shaft impact crusher application
The vertical shaft impact crusheralso called sand making machine ,sand maker.It is widely used for medium and fine crushing (sand making) for various hard and brittle materials such as rocks, grinding materials, refractory materials, cement clinker, quartz, iron ore and concrete aggregate, etc. It is especially appropriate for sandstone for architecture and road construction.

Working Principle of vertical shaft impact crusher
The materials fall into the crusher and be divided into two parts. One part goes into the high-speed-running impeller of the machine, and the other part goes around the impeller. The two parts materials fast bump and crush during the effect of centrifugal force. Then the materials run like swirl, bump and rub to each other again and again. The finished products go out from the bottom of the machine, and users can get the requested products size after screening by vibrating screen.
