This rotary dryer machine is widely used in building materials, chemical industry, foundry industry,it can also used in the wood board factory and other wood industry . It has a wide usage, can be used to dry sand,lignite, slag, clay, limestone, wood power ,sawdust. This totary machine has many advantages :an wide application,reliable operation ,more durable, large capacity. And after drying ,the water content of material can reach below 0.5%.

Working principle :

The reasonable raw material plate has a changeable angles which can throw moisture materials into the cylinder. Then water changed into vapour by hot air-flow. In this way the materials is dryed.

Processing steps:

1.The raw materials from the higher end into the drum, contact with hot air.

2.Along with the cylinder rotation drived by the motor, the materials was dried by the hot air heated by the heating resource ,then the materials flows to the lower end under the action of gravity and the dried sand is discharged out.

3.The rotary dryer is in negative pressure condition, feeding and discharging end sealing device is used to avoid air leakage.
