ZS disc skimmer is an efficient and handy device for recovering oil spill on water. It consists of a floatable skimmer, a power pack on deck or bank and hoses between them. It has wide usage with many sizes to suit to pond, lake, river, harbor and sea.
Characteristic
* Able to recover all flowable oil such as fuel, mechanical, lubricant, crude and vegetable oil.
* Little free water in the recovered oil (min3-5% at optimum condition)
* Low draft and good wave-response
* High maneuverability suitable for emergent response
Structure
1:The skimmer body is made of stainless steel and aluminum-alloy.
2:Having sealed shell and filled up with foam plastic, the floats of skimmer have stable buoyancy and high anti-crack ability.
3: Elastic scrapers can auto-compensate the gap between scrapers and discs to improve low viscous oil take-off.
4:The kind of power can be selected.
5:The discs are powerfully and reliably driven by hydraulic motor and can be stepless-speed regulated.
6:The disc bank is easy disassembled for maintenance.
