Application Range
Double layer plastic sheet extruder is designed and manufactured on basis of single plastic sheet extruder through importing and studying the advanced international technologies.
Double layer plastic sheet extruder is suitable for production of multi-layer PP, PE, PS and the plastic materials which is used to manufacture containers such as drinking cup, ice cream cup, yoghourt cup, cap, plate and packaging box.
Features
- The key components such as screws and charging barrel adopt 38CrMoAlA and nitrogen treatment which makes them corrosion resistant.
- The length-to-diameter ratio of the screw ensures the good plastics efficiency of sheets.
- Die head of double layer plastic sheet extruder is made using high-quality alloy steel, and it is equipped with high flexible throttling device which functions to ensure uniform pressure of material flow. Meanwhile, the upper and lower die heads are adjustable, which ensures uniform thickness of plastic sheets.
- Its double-workstation hydraulic screen changer ensures simple equipment operation and high production efficiency.
