Small capacity beierde brand of reverse osmosis system/water treatment system
Equipments in the unit:
1, Multimedium filter
This machine can remove heavy metal including mercury, lead, cadmium, zinc, iron, manganese, chromium, hydrogenate from the raw water. The filling material in this filter can be changed according the different quality raw water.
2, Active carbon filter
The filling material in this filter is nut shell activated carbon. It can absorb the small molecular weight organic compounds, the chloridion and heavy metal in the raw water. By this filter, the color and the mouth feel of the water will be improved.
This filter matches with the flow control valves and back washing valves. It can be washed by the high pressure water.
3, Sodium ion exchanger
This sodium ion exchanger is used to improve the hardness of the hard water.
Working principle of this filter: Raw water come into this filter from the top of equipment, by the influence of the gravity, water come down through the filling material in the equipment. Under the effect of sodium ions, calcium ion and magnesium ion will exchange with the sodium ions. At the end of this process, the water will be rich of sodium ions.
Rich sodium ions water will have less precipitate in any water processing line.
4, Precision filter
PP precision filtering elements is filled in this equipment. This equipment is the last pre-filter before the reverse osmosis system. The function of this equipment: Filter the impurity in the water which diameter is larger than 1µ . By this machine, the service time of the reverse osmosis system can be extended more.
5, One grade reverse osmosis system
It is the key equipment in the whole pure water processing line.
Working principle of the equipment
By the special high pressure pump, the water pressure will be increased to 6-20 kg. By the pressure, water will flow through the reverse osmosis film. There are many holes on the surface of the film which diameter is 0.0001 micron. Because of these small holes, chemical ion, bacteria, fungi and viruses can not go through, only water molecules which volume is smaller than 0.0001 micron.
Because of different quality raw water, this equipment normally works with other water pre-treatment machines, such as: Multimedium filter; Active carbon filter, antisludging agent adding device, precision filter.
6, Ultraviolet rays sterilizer
This machine is connected after reverse osmosis system. By the ultraviolet rays lamp which is installed in this equipment, raw can be sterilized again. Some microorganism in the water can be sterilized completely. After this step, the water can reach drinkable standard.
7, Water tanks
They are made by 304 stainless steel. Thickness of the stainless steel is 50mm. They are installed with the polyurethane, so they also have the function of thermal insulation.
By the special silicide coating on the surface, tanks can have longer service time.
Volume of the tanks can be 1T to 20T. We also can make the tanks follow the client's requirements.
