Technology Features
This Whitener is an ideal equipment designed for whitening the brown rice which is already
processed by husker and paddy separator. It is widely used by modern rice mill all over the word such as American, European, Southeast Asia and South American. This series of whitener have several features as follow:
Newly type with low broken rice, bigger capacity with new designed rice milling chamber;
It is easy to be operated, can get the proper white rice as you required by adjusting the discharge door;
Easy to change the inner parts: Emery roller can be draw out from the top of machine, screens can be taken out from side much easier, faster;
Longer life with special heat treatment, the pressure in the milling chamber are uniform and smaller,
Less bran remain in the milling chamber, there is one discharger specially for this, it is very helpful for this;
Compact structure: bigger milling area, smaller space occupation, bigger capacity.
