What Steel Grades do you use to manufacture Industrial Blades?
We are using several Steel Grades that suit to various applications.
For example, we always choose stainless steel such as 420, 440 for food processing blades.
For plastic crusher blades and woodworking blades, paper cutting blades, we have Cr12Mov, M2, A8 etc.
For paper making blades, slitting blade, tungsten carbide can be a choice except the materials of 52100,D2/SKD11,CrWoMn and HSS.
How to charge the time required between machine knives sharpening?
As all machine knives and blades wear out it is difficult to give a unique answer. Please contact us to assess your cutting requirements and get blade material recommendations.
How do you guarantee your quality?
All operations from drawing to material choosing, sample making, testing and packaging are strictly controlled. Never a fault product will be delivered to our customer.
How long does it take to manufacture a machine knife to customized specification?
Usual manufacturing time on customized drawing are 35 up to 45 days. If you would like us to stock these special knives for you please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Doner kebab blades order within 500 pcs each item can be shipped within a week as we have them available from stock .
What is you payment term?
You can pay to us through Alibaba, or contact us for our company /personal bank account. T/T, CIF,L/T can be accepted.
