Technology Features
This Whitener is an ideal equipment designed for whitening the brown rice which is already processed by Emery roller whitener. It is widely used by modern rice mill all over the word such as American, European, Southeast Asia and South American. This series of whitener have several features as follow:
1, Higher capacity, lower broken rice rate;
2, New design of whitening chamber can improve the quality of outlet with low pressure, higher capacity and lower broken rice rate. It can improve the surface of rice which have scratch from emery roller whitener.
3, The cost of installation and operation is lower:
4, Compact structure, need smaller space, easy to be operated. So it will decrease this part of cost;
5, The screen, screen frame, iron roller all are easily to be exchanged.
6 ,Optional Function: Use it as polisher
To separate the bran, we can add water pump and other devices, the moisture environment of whitening chamber can make the bran be soften, it will decrease the temperature and also processing cost. It will be same as one good polisher. Remnant of rice
One sparte blower is optional, we can use it exhaust the remnant of rice with it. So no rice will become mildew. Newly type with low broken rice, bigger capacity with new designed rice milling chamber;
