Technology Features
This Moisture Polisher is an ideal equipment designed for polishing the white rice which is already processing by husker and whitener. It can remove almost of the bran surround the white rice which will decrease the storage life. The brand can be processed into oil which can also increase the economy. This series of Moisture Polisher have several features as follow:

High pressure air for moisture spraying:
Moisture was sprayed into the polishing chamber by high pressure under fog state, it make the white rice surface was dampened uniformity and stability; So the friction between rice and rice , rice and polishing roller much more light and soft, it decrease the blocking of the polishing chamber, the output white rice surface are much more smooth and clean;

Moisture automatic control device:
To avoid block when the machine started for too much of water and rice, our machine equipped with Moisture automatic control device, once the no feeding or too much of material, the water pump will be shut down automatic, when the material reach to standard quantity, it will be opened automatically.

Easy to be operated and maintained:
We can operate the machine in front of the machine, the swift and the electrical ammeter is obviously, avoid economy loss because the wrong operation;
This rapid disassembly and assembly of the screen and screen frame, it make the replacement screen time much shorten, all four screen can be exchanged with each other, it make the screen exchanging, cleaning for the polishing chamber, exchanging of polishing roller much shorter, improve work efficiency.

Durable,healthy
Polishing roller, bush, screw impeller, screens all are made of stainless steel, it make the life of them much longer, and improve the hygienic standard of the rice. It can be equipped with Siemens motor.
